A program book will be distributed to all attendees at the Advertising Hall of Fame Dinner & Gala, which includes more than 800 top advertising, media and marketing executives.

Mechanical Requirements

Full-Page Bleed: 7.25"w x 10.25"h
Full-Page Trim: 7"w x 10"h
Full-Page Live Area: 6.5"w x 9.5"h

Two-Page Spread Bleed: 14.25"w x 10.25"h
Two-Page Spread Trim: 14"w x 10"h
Two-Page Spread Live Area: 13.5"w x 9.5"h
This option is only available to Platinum sponsors.

Please note the program book will be perfect bound and printed on uncoated paper.


Accepted Materials

All ads should be submitted as a press-ready PDF (PDF-X/1a preferred) with the following specifications:

  • High-resolution (300 dpi) with all fonts embedded and with printer’s marks and bleeds
  • 4-color ads: all elements should be CMYK
  • Please label the file with your company/client name AND the event (Company/Client_AHOF2023.pdf)
  • Advertiser/agency accepts full responsibility for reproduction variations between the digital file and the printed image for ads that do not conform to our specifications.
