Anzu's Co-Founder and CEO, Itamar Benedy, is the driving force behind the global intrinsic in-game advertising revolution that has transformed how game developers monetize their titles and advertisers reach gaming audiences. When Benedy co-founded Anzu in 2017, he had a degree in Computer Science, a background in marketing and advertising, had been recognised by Forbes Israel as part of their ‘30 Under 30’ program, and had led AdTech giant Glispa as CEO. Ultimately, these experiences have culminated in him building and leading a company that bridges the gap between advertising and gaming, and is the most advanced intrinsic in-game ad solution for mobile, PC, console, and the metaverse.

Jenny Buschhorn has served as Texas State University Advertising Program coordinator since 2015. Academically and professionally, she specializes in Account Planning and Advertising Campaign development. Jenny has a BS and MA in Advertising with concentration in marketing from The University of Texas at Austin. Prior to teaching, Jenny co-founded a highly successful strategic business planning company with McGarrah-Jessee, The Business Planning Group. Her strengths lie in strategic planning via primary and secondary research to develop strong business positioning. She excels in overall business strategy and operational/communications implementation. As an Account Service representative and Account Planner/Strategist she worked at several nationally recognized advertising agencies: GSD&M, McGarrah-Jessee, TM and McCann Erickson. She has developed and implemented strategy for many high profile clients including Southwest Airlines, JCPenney, SBC/AT&T, Brinker International, Frost Bank, Airheads, Whataburger, Shiner Beer, Central Market and more. Jenny is an industry leader with speaking engagements for the American Advertising Federation, the Account Planning Group, the 4A’s and numerous local/regional advertising organizations. Jenny’s teaching philosophy is to give students the opportunity to work with real world clients and gain real world experience. Her classes feature projects that are presented to current industry professionals. She has won numerous awards and serves on the several national academic and advertising boards.

David is exceptionally committed to creating a collaborative and innovative work environment. He is responsible for the management of all business operations, which includes guiding the agency’s strategic direction, evaluating new business opportunities and ensuring inter-office cohesion. His business acumen also shines outside the agency. He is currently the national chair of the American Advertising Awards Committee for the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and served as chair of the Council of Governors. He is the commission chair of the South Carolina Department of Consumer Affairs and on the advisory council for the School of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of South Carolina and the College of Charleston. In his spare time, David plays in a band, serves as a certified BBQ judge and is an avid history buff.

Kimberly Doebereiner, Group VP Future of Advertising, Head of P&G Studios, is a 30+ year P&G veteran and a member of the Brand Mastery Society. Kimberly leads Future of Advertising for P&G, with a mission to create more interesting and useful experiences consumers actually look forward to. This includes innovating ad models, building new partnerships, and defining new business models. As a long-time creative expert, Kimberly has worked with Agencies and Brands to elevate creative quality, building Brands and Brand Builders. She is currently the creative guardian on Tide, instrumental in winning over 25 industry awards including a Grand Prix Cannes Lion, Titanium Cannes Lion, and a Black Pencil. Over her career, Kimberly has been the creative expert for many billion-dollar and leading brands like Bounty, Charmin, Gillette, Pantene, Always, and Pampers. As Head of P&G Studios, Kimberly has developed a robust slate of projects, telling powerful stories and creating culturally relevant connections for P&G brands. Some of her innovative content partners include Imagine, Hello Sunshine, TIME and Dentsu Creative. She is Executive Producer on projects like CODED, The Hidden Love of J.C. Leyendecker (Oscar short listed, best short doc at Tribeca Film Festival), The Tent Mender, a docu-fiction series on FreeVee, and Cost of Winning (Emmy nominated) a sports doc-series on HBO. Kimberly is on the American Advertising Federation and Miami University’s Farmer School of Business Marketing board.

Leigh Farrior

Production Director, Stamp Idea Group; Chair, AAF Council of Governors

Leigh Farrior is a senior creative at Stamp Idea Group in Montgomery, Alabama. She has almost 20 years of experience working and freelancing for different agencies and clients in the southeast, which has earned her several awards, including Best in Show ADDY Awards and Designer of the Year. She enjoys working “magic” in the design field; combining her left and right brains to develop solutions to meet clients’ needs while maintaining a high design standard. As the Production Director for Stamp, Leigh manages the art department of the agency while tackling art direction for print and interactive. She graduated from Troy University Cum Laude with an Art Program double major in Graphic Design and Painting. In her spare time, Leigh enjoys life with her husband and two daughters, along with sewing, crafting, Troy University football games, and volunteering. Her soft heart for non-profits finds her dedicating a lot of time to the American Advertising Federation and designing pro-bono materials for several local groups. She is currently serving as Chair for the AAF National Council of Governors, Ex-Officio for AAF District 7, and Board Advisor for AAF Montgomery.

Blake has been in the advertising industry for twenty years. He has served on the executive board for the American Advertising Federation in Washington, D.C. for much of that time. In fact, his service has included AAF-District 10 governor, AAF-Central Region Chair, as well as chairman of the AAF-Council of Governors. He is involved heavily in his community and has volunteered in organizations such as March of Dimes, United Way, 9-1-1, PASO, High Plains Food Bank, Eveline Rivers Projects, and many others. Blake enjoys bringing his expertise and knowledge to all of his advertising partners to help them grow their businesses in any way he can. His experience in networking often allows him to connect businesses and people in unusual and productive ways.

Lenza is a seasoned, award-winning communications professional with more than 12 years of experience in the hospitality, insurance and nonprofit industries. As the Vice President of Membership and Development, she leads the South Carolina Restaurant & Lodging Association's membership development and partnership outreach, in addition to the everyday communications and marketing efforts. Lenza currently serves on the American Advertising Federation's Council of Governors Executive Committee as Secretary/Treasurer. She previously served two terms as Governor for AAF’s Third District from 2021-2023, representing nine local clubs in South Carolina, North Carolina and Virginia on the AAF’s Council of Governors. Prior to that, Lenza served as President of AAF Midlands in 2018. Lenza is a 2017 graduate of the Riley Institute’s Diversity Leaders Initiative (Midlands X) and is a 2024 graduate of the U.S. Chamber's Institute for Organization Management's Northeast Institute at Villanova University. She has also completed her Ethics in Advertising Certification and is a Meta Certified Community Manager. A native of Spartanburg, Lenza has a bachelor’s degree in journalism with a minor in graphic design from the University of South Carolina.

Sarah Jones has a diverse work experience. Sarah worked at Good Giant from 2007 to present, holding various roles including President & COO, President, Account Supervisor, and Account Executive. In 2018, they joined AAF District 7, where they held positions such as Eastern Region Representative, District American Advertising Awards Chair, Board Chair, Governor, and Governor Elect. Prior to that, they worked at Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group as a Marketing Coordinator from 2005 to 2006 and at Mr. Youth LLC as a Team PINK Representative from 2004 to 2005. Sarah Jones completed their BBA in Marketing from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University from 2001 to 2004. Sarah then pursued their MBA, also in Marketing, from Auburn University Harbert College of Business from 2006 to 2008.

As Publicis Groupe’s Chief Digital Officer, Helen Lin has been a long-time catalyst of innovation, pioneer in programmatic, collaborative business partner, and fierce champion for diversity and inclusion. Helen is responsible for driving integrated digital solutions from across the organization while leading the holding company’s broader digital strategy, partnerships, investment, and negotiations – including representing Publicis Groupe in industry-leading initiatives to continually improve the standards and brand safety on the world’s largest consumer platforms. Previously, Helen was Chief Digital Officer for Publicis Media, where she led digital investment, global partnerships, and innovation for the network globally and helped clients remain at the forefront of the rapidly evolving digital ecosystem. She also led the charge of offering in-house consulting services for Publicis Media clients – advising on their programmatic, search, and social capabilities by leveraging the expertise, scale, and proprietary tools created at Publicis. As an established mentor and role model among her teams, Helen’s professional focus goes far beyond client and agency work. She is the founding Executive Sponsor of Publicis Media’s BRG Power of Women!, an active member for Asians in ADCOLOR and the newly formed ANA Asian American Agency Leadership, and board member for Partnership with Children – a non-profit that helps over 10,000 New York City children overcome the stresses of growing up in poverty. Strategically wild! Laurel, a nationally award-winning creative director, is currently the Director of Marketing, Standard Paints, Inc.. Prior to her work at Standard Paints, Inc., Laurel was the Director of Marketing at Tandy Leather, a 100-year-old leather craft supply company and a freelance creative & brand strategist with Robeegraffix Advertising Design LLC. She is perhaps best known for marketing and product design work done for Kisabeth Furniture, a 60-year-old bespoke, made-in-the-USA furniture company. A May 2013 graduate of Parsons, The New School and the Cooper-Hewitt, Smithsonian Design Museum’s History of Decorative Arts & Design MA Program, Laurel leverages a company’s own history and principles with an in-depth knowledge of art and design. Laurel is a 2011 graduate of Southwestern University with a BA in Art History. Laurel got her start in museums, auction houses, and e-commerce, but couldn’t resist the gravitational pull of advertising. Laurel has been involved with AAF since she moved back to Fort Worth in 2016. She was the Communications Chair, Vice President, President, and Immediate Past President of AAF Fort Worth. She was the Social Chair for District 10 for 2020-2021. She is currently the ADDYs Chair for AAF Dallas.

John Osborn was recently appointed as the Director for Ad Net Zero (ANZ) in the United States in October, 2022. Originally launched in the UK, ANZ has grown to over 100 supporting companies, and now counts over 50 supporters in the US, which officially launched in early February this year. Under John's leadership, ANZ's mission is to leverage the power of its supporters, alongside the ANA, 4As and IAB, to educate, set benchmarks & standards, measure and take action to lower the carbon emissions associated across all advertising-related operations. Prior to ANZ, John was CEO of OMD in the US over five years from 2017 until August of 2022. John's experience also includes 25 years of service at BBDO NY, where he was President & CEO for 13 consecutive years prior to joining OMD. John has a wealth of non-profit board experience including the Red Cross of Greater New York, Global Dignity, Police Athletic League, AdCouncil and more. John was a recipient of the coveted Barton A. Cummings Gold Medal award for the AAF in 2016, and he served as Chariman of the Board for the AAF from 2012-2013, and he has served on various other Hall of Achievement and Hall of Fame boards multiple times over the years.

Steve Pacheco is the President/CEO of the American Advertising Federation. Pacheco is tasked with designing a future-forward organization consistent with the changes impacting the advertising landscape. His role will span evolution of the AAF’s programs, services and membership; volunteer engagement; and serving as the voice of the advertising industry through advocacy and lobbying on key issues from free commercial speech to the advancement of diversity and inclusion.

Ariana Peters is a customer success manager and strategist based in Saint Petersburg, Florida. Working with international brands including Nestle and L’Oréal, Ariana approaches advertising through a global lens. Her introduction to the American Advertising Federation began with Ad 2 Tampa Bay, where she ultimately served as President in 2020-2021. During her presidency, she earned a gold and silver ADDY award, placed first for Programs in AAF’s National Club Achievement Competition, and collected both Ad 2 National’s Most Excellent Club and Club of Excellence titles. Now serving as the Ad 2 National Chair, Ariana hopes to continue amplifying Ad 2’s Public Service initiatives and empower all local Ad 2 clubs to give back to their communities through thoughtful and socially conscious campaigns.

Senior Manager of Marketing & Ecommerce, Historic Hotels of America; Vice Chair, AAF Council of Governors

Stephanie Price is from Amarillo, TX. She has a B.A. in Advertising and Public Relations from West Texas A&M University and an M.A. in Public Relations from Kent State University. She holds a certification in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Florida Atlantic University and received her Certified Tourism Executive designation from the Texas Travel Alliance in 2023. Stephanie is the Senior Manager of Marketing and Ecommerce leading the Historic Hotels of America and Historic Hotels Worldwide Ecommerce and Digital Marketing team, focusing on all aspects of the ecommerce business and overall performance of digital marketing programs. For the AAF, Stephanie serves as the Vice Chair for the Council of Governors, she was elected to the executive committee as Secretary Treasurer in 2022. She is a Past Governor for District 10 (and winner of AAF Governor of the Year), has served as Texas State Rep helping Texas clubs, Club Achievement Chair and Scholarship Chair and was member of the year in 2019. Stephanie also has served as president, awards chair, communications chair and programs chair of her local AAF chapter Amarillo.

Candace is a multi-hyphenate creative and business leader focused on combating racial inequities through strategic design and building brands that create a positive impact in the communities they serve. An award-winning creative entrepreneur, Candace champions diversity and inclusion through her current work as the Senior Vice President of the American Advertising Federation’s Mosaic Center, and in the past as the Chair of the AAF’s Mosaic NextGen Leadership Council, and the Co-Chair of the ADCOLOR Advisory Board. She’s also infused DEI in advertising curricula as an adjunct professor and lecturer for several universities and portfolio schools. She founded Tabernacle in 2019 - a branding and design consultancy where she’s guided agencies and brands in building and maintaining a community-centric ethos and equity-first approach in their brand’s DNA. A native Texan with a rich Louisiana Creole heritage, you’ll often find her exploring her roots through art and the lens of food, dreaming up a new dish or putting a spin on a classic.

Clark Rector

EVP, Government Affairs, American Advertising Federation

As Executive Vice President of Government Affairs, Clark Rector oversees and directs the lobbying efforts of the American Advertising Federation’s grassroots network of 35,000 advertising professionals in some 150 local advertising clubs and federations nationwide. Together, they have defeated ad tax proposals and other threats to advertising in Congress, nearly every state and numerous cities and counties. In his role as chief public policy advocate for the Federation, Rector meets with lawmakers and regulators to educate them about advertising and represent the industry’s position on important legislative and regulatory matters.  He has testified for the AAF before the U.S. Senate and Federal Trade Commission, as well as numerous state legislatures and city governments. Prior to joining the AAF in 1988, Rector spent two years on Capitol Hill as a legislative assistant for Congressman Tom Luken of Ohio. He also spent three years working in local television in Austin, Texas. Rector is a graduate of the University of Texas and received a Master of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Iowa.

Dawn Reeves

Following two decades of volunteerism to the organization, Dawn Reeves joined the American Advertising Federation in 2018, as vice president of club services, membership and programs. In addition to managing the nationwide grassroots network consisting of 250+ collegiate, young professional and professional chapters, she serves as the liaison to the Council of Governors, National Education Executive Council and the Executive Directors Network, while maintaining oversight of national chapter services programs including the American Advertising Awards, National Student Advertising Competition, ADMERICA, Student Advertising Conference, AdCamp, Ovation Awards, leadership and service awards and the AAF Affinity Program. Reeves served on the AAF National Board of Directors during her tenure as Council of Governors chair. In addition to serving as a past judge for multiple NSAC campaigns and the American Advertising Awards, she formally served as an advisory board member to the National Association of Newspapers, officer of the American Marketing Association, YWCA board member, LRE national mentor, and was a member of the PR team for the 1996 Summer Olympics in Atlanta, Georgia. Reeves currently serves as the Alabama Advertising Education Foundation president, is a member of the American Society of Association Executives and enjoys continued volunteerism in her community. A recipient of several American Advertising Awards and READY Awards, she is a proud Silver Medal recipient, was named Advertising Woman of the Year twice and more recently CMO of the Year in 2016, in her hometown Birmingham, Alabama.

Danielle Salley is a freelance creative director and designer with a background in branding, advertising, and web development. In 2023, she started her own company, Danielle Salley Creative, and co-hosts the ""Ghost Boss: Stories About the Freelance Afterlife"" podcast. Her passion for advertising is seen through her dedication to the American Advertising Federation (AAF). Through this organization, she has been awarded National President of the Year (2014), AAF Midlands Member of the Year (2016), National Governor of the Year (2020), and is a Silver Medal recipient (2021). She currently serves on the AAF National Board of Directors and the AAF Council of Governors Executive Committee."

Todd Turner is a creative director about to mark two decades in advertising. He created Wash-a-Pig as a way for his teams to practice copywriting and concepting. No client work. No deadlines. No approvals. Just pure unadulterated fun. It was an instant hit and boosted the team's creativity and positivity. In 2019, he completed a successful crowdfunding campaign to turn the playful little activity into a real product. Now on a second edition, Todd hopes to get Wash-a-Pig on the desks of every advertising and marketing team. When he's not washing pigs, he's creating award-winning out of home campaigns at Up To Something, an agency he co-founded in 2023.
