SRDS

Standard Rate and Data Service (SRDS)  collects, organizes and delivers the essential advertising data media buyers need to connect with media sellers and make their planning more efficient and effective.

 


Complimentary access to SRDS will be made available from September 22, 2025, through April 10,2026, to those college chapter teams competing in the American Advertising Federation’s National Student Advertising Competition with access to SRDS’s online database for:

  • Consumer Magazine Media
  • Business Publication Media
  • Podcast Media
  • Direct Marketing Lists
  • Digital Websites
  • Multicultural & Inclusive Media
  • Out-of-Home Media
  • Radio Media
  • TV & Cable Media
  • Advanced TV (CTV)
  • Newspaper Media

Upon confirmation by AAF Education Services that a particular institution is enrolled to participate in the 2025-2026 NSAC, each participating school, university or college will receive credentials (SRDS login and password) for up to ten (10) users to access the SRDS.com online database during the access period of September 22, 2025-April 10, 2026.


Accessing Tools

Usage of the complimentary login/password and access to the SRDS.com online databases is subject to a completed and signed License Agreement by the participating educational institution. This License Agreement specifies that complimentary use is intended solely for use by registered AAF-NSAC participants and may not be used to substitute for paid SRDS subscriptions. 

Complimentary access will be granted to each institution from the date that SRDS receives the signed License Agreement until the end of the access period (April 10, 2026).

Assistance With Utilizing the Data

Participating NSAC teams may request or register for complimentary, web-based group training on how to use SRDS.com. SRDS will not provide complimentary training or support to individual students. All requests for support, training or technical assistance should be routed through the designated faculty advisor. These can be arranged via the SRDS Service Center at (800) 851-7737.
