Advertising Day on the Hill is an important and exciting event designed to dramatically demonstrate to lawmakers the power and passion of the advertising industry’s grassroots network—the members of the American Advertising Federation’s local clubs and federations from across the country. Past conferences have been attended by 75+ grassroots AAF members, representing all parts of the industry and over half of the 50 states. Because Advertising Day on the Hill will be a minimal cost event to all AAF members, your sponsorship dollars are necessary to help under write the cost of the event.

Cancellation Policy Requests for cancellation of tables and tickets must be made in writing and received by the AAF by February 14, 2025. A $500 cancellation fee will be deducted from funds received and refunds will be made by the same payment method that was used to pay AAF. Cancellation requests received after February 14, 2025 will not be refunded. Sponsorships and program ads are non refundable. The AAF is a 501(c)6 organization, therefore a payment to the AAF does not qualify as a charitable contribution. A tax counselor can advise if the payment is deductible as a business expense.
