Morgan DeBaun is a trailblazing entrepreneur, investor, and advisor who has dedicated her career to empowering Black consumers and professionals. She is the founder & CEO of Blavity Inc., a venture-backed corporation that builds solutions for Black and multicultural audiences and enterprises who want to reach them. Blavity Inc. owns Blavity Media Group, its media entertainment portfolio; Blavity360 °, it's ad solutions business that works with multicultural publishers; and Talent Infusion, its DE&I solutions group that includes a SaaS product and a professional network. Talent Infusion supports enterprise-level clients with their diversity challenges and hosts AfroTech Conference, the largest tech conference in the world for Black founders & innovators. The company creates content for Black audiences and reaches over 250 million monthly consumers through a growing brand portfolio that includes: Blavity, 21Ninety, Travel Noire, Home & Texture, Shadow & Act, and AfroTech.

DeBaun's passion for helping others and her unwavering dedication to her mission have driven her success. Despite facing numerous obstacles, including being part of the 2% of women receiving venture funding in Silicon Valley, she has persevered and grown Blavity Inc. into a market leader in media and technology.

In addition to her work with Blavity Inc., DeBaun is an active angel investor and an advisor to some of the world's most influential brands and companies, including American Airlines, Pepsi Co., and the Black Economic Alliance. Her impressive achievements have earned her recognition from Forbes, Inc. Magazine, and America’s Top 50 Women in Tech lists, and she was named twice in Goldman Sachs’ 100 Most Influential Builders and Innovators. In 2023, Morgan was inducted into AAF’s Advertising Hall of Achievement for her outstanding contribution to the industry.
