Amitie Sandoval

Amitie joined AAF in August 2023 as the Director of People and Culture. Her prior experience includes over 6 years of leading HR at Saatchi & Saatchi Seattle and most recently, co-founding a non-profit youth center with a focus on equity in her hometown. As AAF’s first official HR hire, Amitie will optimize and oversee all functions of HR with an emphasis on cultivating an inclusive and thriving culture. 
 
Outside of work, Amitie can be found befriending neighborhood corvids, fussing over her dahlia garden, or spending time with her family.
