Nomination Criteria 

• Nominee must be an active member in good standing of any local AAF professional chapter in good standing. 
• Nominee must hold a current Local, District and/or National volunteer position.
• The letter of nomination must address the challenging situation (personal, professional or otherwise) faced during the year and the success that followed as a result of the individual’s perseverance.
• Nomination must be placed by an active member of AAF.
• Letter of nomination is good for up to two years. In the event the nominee is not chosen during the year of submission, the letter shall be considered valid for up to one additional year.

Required Information & Documentation

Nominations must include the following:

• Name and address of nominee, current title and business affiliation.
• AAF affiliation that the nominee represents (chapter, district, national).
• A summary of the significant contributions the nominee has made to the AAF.

Nominations should be typed, double spaced and three pages or fewer. Any letter of endorsement or support must be included as a part of the three pages. All AAF members in good standing are eligible to place nominations. All eligible nominees must be an AAF member in good standing.
