Seth Kaufman

Chief Marketing Officer, PepsiCo Americas Beverages


Seth Kaufman is Chief Marketing Officer for PepsiCo America Beverages (PAB) where he is the single point of leadership for the Pepsi, Sierra Mist, Mug & Manzanita Sol brands in the US.  In this role, Seth is responsible for leading the business and consumer agenda across these brands, while delivering the innovation pipeline and driving flawless execution throughout the organization. 

Before this role, Seth served as general manager of the North American Coffee Partnership (NACP), a Joint Venture between PepsiCo and Starbucks where he led the NACP team across sales, marketing, finance, operations and R&D to deliver company-leading top- and bottom-line results for consecutive years while elevating the NACP to be a significant growth driver for PAB.  Previously, Seth served as Director of Media Strategy and Investment, PepsiCo North America Beverages where he was responsible for the development of fully integrated, consumer relevant and cross-platform engagement strategies. 

A 14-year PepsiCo veteran, Seth has held roles of increasing responsibility across beverages and foods including Zone Sales Leader for Frito-Lay North America, Senior Manager Retail Strategy & Shopper Insights at Pepsi-Cola North America as well as various marketing roles across brand, innovation and promotions at Pepsi-Cola North America. Seth joined PepsiCo full-time in 2001 as Assistant Marketing Manager, Marketplace Initiatives Development, and was an intern on the Aquafina brand team during the summer of 2000 while pursuing his MBA.

Seth received his Bachelor of Science in Television, Radio & Film Management from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University and his MBA from The Ross School of Business at The University of Michigan.  He is a Board of Trustee member for the Immune Deficiency Foundation, is an avid cyclist and lives in Northern NJ with his wife Faith and their daughters Emma, Noa and Samone.
