Cancellation Policy
Requests for cancellation of tables and tickets must be made in writing and received by the AAF by August 25, 2023. A $500 cancellation fee will be deducted from funds received and refunds will be made by the same payment method that was used to pay AAF. Cancellation requests received after August 25, 2023 will not be refunded. Sponsorships and program ads are non refundable. The Mosaic Awards is presented by the American Advertising Foundation, the charitable arm of the American Advertising Federation. The American Advertising Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, contributions to which are tax-deductible as permitted by law. Please consult your tax advisor for further information.
