COVID-19 Policy

While we are very excited to host the Advertising Hall of Fame celebrations in person, the American Advertising Federation (AAF) and the staff at Cipriani Wall Street are seriously committed to the safety of all guests. Everyone who enters the venue (including staff, vendors, guests, and attendees) MUST provide verified Proof of Vaccination (POV) against COVID-19. Please thoroughly review the guidelines below to prepare for the POV process to allow for simple and smooth entry into the dinner. Note that action may be required in advance of the event. 

All guests aged 12 and older will be required to show Proof of Vaccination to participate in various indoor activities including but not limited to commercial event and party venues. Children under 12 who are not yet eligible for the vaccine will be required to wear a mask and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Unvaccinated guests over the age of 12 will not be permitted to enter the building for any event taking place at Cipriani Wall Street, regardless of COVID test results.

Eligible Proof of Vaccination (POV)
 The following forms of POV will be eligible for admittance to an event or party at Cipriani Wall Street:

  • NYC COVID Safe App
  • NYS Excelsior App
  • NJ State Docket App
  • A photo or hard copy of a CDC Vaccination card
  • An official vaccine record
  • A photo or hard copy of an official vaccination record of a vaccine administered outside of the United States for one of the following vaccines:
    • AstraZeneca/SK Bioscience
    • Serum Institute of India/COVISHIELD
    • Vaxzevria
    • Sinopharm
    • Sinovac

Only the forms of proof outlined above will be accepted. Guests are required to show valid photo I.D. (license, passport, REAL ID, etc) along with POV to enter the building. 

Please be sure to share this information to all of your invited guests.

Anyone who is not vaccinated or does not follow the above POV guidelines will not be permitted to enter the venue—NO EXCEPTIONS. 

COVID Compliance Officers (CCO) will be checking each person’s POV and photo ID prior to checking in with the AAF for your seating assignment.
