The American Advertising Federation's (AAF) Mosaic Center & Education Services (MCES) department orchestrates all of the AAF programs and resources that educate the next generation of advertising professionals and spearheads all diversity & inclusion initiatives. We serve a network of more than 200 college chapters nationwide that includes more than 5,000 student members through our MCES department programs and events. Our initiatives help students successfully transition from the classroom to the boardroom, recognize and celebrate multicultural talent and diversity programs and promote broad and realistic portrayals of multicultural communities.
