Talent Acquisition Manager, Octagon
Mary is responsible for the successful recruitment strategies of nationwide talent for positions within assigned client groups for Octagon and its affiliated companies (Futures, FRUKT and Advantage International, Rogers and Cowan). She is a trusted and valued partner to Octagon's client groups, building effective relationships in order to understand their workforce planning and staffing needs —immediate and future. Mary's role has heavy emphasis on developing and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline through indirect and direct candidate sourcing, sourcing channel optimization and proactive development of on-going engagement initiatives with these talent pools. She oversees Octagon’s Campus Recruitment Initiatives and our Trainee Program; and she manages Octagon's Associate of Talent Acquisition, providing leadership, development and day-to-day management.
