How do I obtain a refund for the registration I already paid for?
All current registrants will automatically receive a full refund for their registration fee. Refunds will be issued via the method of payment used. Please allow up to 30 days for processing as our system will be inundated for a period of time.

How do I obtain a refund for my hotel reservations?
Beginning Friday, April 10, 2020, La Quinta Waldorf Resort and Spa will be cancelling all existing reservations made online or over the telephone and issuing full refunds. Please allow up to 60 days for the hotel to process the refund. If you have any questions regarding your refund, please call the hotel directly at the number below.

If you made your reservation through a third party site or used Hilton points, please reach out directly to the hotel by calling (760) 564-4111 to request your cancellation, refund or reinstatement of your points. 

What will happen to the Regional, District, Committee, Board of Directors, and Council of Governors meetings?
These will be held virtually, at no cost to participate. Required attendees will receive a meeting invitation with connection details.

Will all virtual meetings be live?
Meetings will include a mix of live presentations and pre-recorded content. Program managers will let you know if content will be available for viewing after the meetings are over. 

What day(s) are the virtual meetings happening?
The AAF plans to host these meetings as close to the originally planned conference dates, June 6-9. Adjustments will be made to accommodate time zones and overlapping deadlines. Please stay tuned to aaf.org/admerica for future announcements and updates.

What happens to the American Advertising Awards?
The American Advertising Awards will be held virtually later this summer. Details have not been finalized at this time; please stay tuned to our social media channels (@aafnational) for future announcements and updates. 

What happens to the Salute to Achievers Luncheon? 
The Salute to Achievers presentation will be held virtually. Details have not been finalized at this time; please stay tuned to our social media channels (@aafnational) for future announcements and updates. 

What happens to the National Student Advertising Competition Finals? 
The winners of the National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC) will be announced virtually. Details have not been finalized at this time; please stay tuned to our social media channels (@aafnational) for future announcements and updates.

What happens to the Ad 2 Public Service Competition?
The Ad 2 Public Service Competition will be held virtually. Details have not been finalized at this time; please stay tuned to the Ad 2 National social media channels (@ad2national) for future announcements and updates.
