The AAF's Most Promising Multicultural Students program connects the advertising industry with the nation’s top multicultural college seniors. This experience provides opportunities to recruit fresh talent and further prepare the advertising industry’s best young prospects, as well as help the advertising and media workforce better reflect the diversity of today's society. 

By going virtual for 2021, the program has a unique opportunity to broaden our reach and impact. The program not only honors the students, but enhances their knowledge and understanding of the advertising industry. Most Promising 2021 will offer networking & personal brand coaching breakout sessions, video enhanced interviewing and multiple live stream industry lead immersions with advertising, marketing, and media professionals.

Most Promising Multicultural Students Class Announced for 2021

The AAF hosted leading industry professionals to select the 2021 class of Most Promising Multicultural Students. This year’s judging panel included representatives from Apple, FCB, Google, GSD&M, L’Oreal, Marriott, The Integer Group, The Trade Desk, Tinder, Twitter, and UM Worldwide, three of whom are Most Promising alumni.
