The AAF is committed to identifying and cultivating the next generation of industry leaders through its myriad of education programs. Inspired by the AAF’s Most Promising Multicultural Students Program, the Mosaic Career Fair & Conference began in 2004 and provides students with the opportunity to participate in professional development workshops led by industry professionals and a career fair. The program assists dozens of companies with hiring diverse students from across the country from the AAF's college chapter network and beyond, connecting this top multicultural talent pool with leading advertisers, marketers and media companies that are seeking to hire entry-level candidates.
