We are looking for students who are interested in volunteering at the Mosaic Career Fairs 2012.

• Networking with recruiters before and after the event

Volunteer Positions

• Registration (8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
• Greet and welcome recruiters and student participants
• Direct recruiters to appropriate location
• Distribute name tags, messages, etc.
• Provide each student with Mosaic Career Fair materials

• Corporate Ambassadors (9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.)
• Assist recruiters arriving with their packages and direct them to their tables
• Assist with set-up, take down, and hauling of displays
• Make sure recruiters have a pleasant experience at the career fair by assisting them with any needs they may have throughout the day
• Maintain friendly, clean hospitality area
• Help keep fair materials stocked

Attire

• White Shirt
• Black pants or skirt
• Name tag
