Ads in the Commemorative Luncheon Program
The commemorative luncheon program is distributed to all attendees at the Advertising Hall of Achievement luncheon, which includes more than 650 top advertising, media and marketing executives. A copy of the 2009 program is available upon request.

Mechanical Requirements:

Full-Page Trim Size: 8.5" x 11"
Full-Page (bleed) 8.75" x 11.25"
Live Area 8" x 10.5 "

Accepted Materials:

All ads should be submitted as a high-resolution (300 dpi) PDF with the following specifications:

  • Ad should have all fonts embedded and have printer’s marks and bleeds
  • 4-color ads: All elements should be in CMYK mode
  • Black & white ads: All elements should be in GRAYSCALE mode.
  • Please label the file with the event or publication name.

Please refer to your space reservation/advertising agreement to determine if your ad is four-color or B&W.
