Amy Craig is principal product manager for AIM. She leads a team responsible for bringing you AIM desktop software and AIM Express for the Web. She has worked at AOL for more four years. Note: She’s been at AOL for a total of five years, but figures that she’s spent at least a year in total just IMing friends; she claims it's “research.” Amy has worked on various products including AOL Expressions, AIM Fight and AIM Today. Before that she lived life in the fast lane, writing features and press releases for NASCAR's amateur racing series. She is a journalism school graduate from West Virginia University and is most proud of being able to carry on 12 IM conversations at the same time. She’s also known to take credit for IM speak like LOL and OMG. TTYL.
Dave George is senior director of communications on AOL’s Marketing and Operations team. In this role, he oversees the planning and execution of global internal communication campaigns for AOL’s products as well as the management of senior executive communications to AOL’s employee base. Dave came from Independence Air, where he created the popular “FLYi Guy” marketing campaign, which garnered national attention before the airline’s ultimate demise − which was in no way caused by his FLYi Guy campaign. A resident of Arlington, Va., Dave received his business degree from James Madison University
Susan Kim is the creative director at Advertising.com, the largest display network in the United States. Although Susan can barely operate a keyboard, her staff creates some of the most technologically advanced and effective rich media ads in the industry. If you’ve clicked on a Classmates, Southwest Airlines, Petmeds or Nikon ad, they probably created it. Susan began her career as a copywriter at W.B Doner and can still remember when creative teams concepted with just lots of papers, markers and no Adobe software program in sight. She is a graduate of Harvard University and the Hula Hoop champion of her elementary school in Clearwater, Fla.
Lisa Lausten is marketing director at AOL. She began her career at Ernst & Young and held positions in brand management for Playtex and Unilever prior to joining AOL. In her current role, she oversees annual marketing plans for the AOL Product and Platform businesses, of which AIM is one. Lisa received her M.B.A from New York University and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton. A resident of Ashburn Va., Lisa enjoys cooking up a mean meatloaf (she's the master) and hanging out with her new daughter.
Kate Wulfing is vice president of marketing at AOL. She began her career as an accountant and quickly made the switch to marketing. In her eight years with AOL, she has worked in the MapQuest division as well as Trade Marketing. Her past teams have been responsible for marketing the free AOL.com and Gold Rush among other initiatives. In her current role, she is responsible for all consumer marketing for AOL encompassing Products, Platforms, Programming and SEM. Kate is a graduate of Union College in New York. A resident of Arlington, Va., Kate enjoys triathlons and chasing after her son, Jack.
