  1. Industry Career Achiever – an individual demonstrating a high level of accomplishment in his or her career.
  2. Role Model – an individual demonstrating a high degree of success in his or her career and motivating others to do the same.
  3. Educator –an individual or company who has increased awareness of the aspirations, obstacles and performance of minority groups among the general population.
  4. Trendsetter –one who provides enhanced perception of diversity group personae and establishes new routes to convey the same to the general public.
  5. Corporate leader –a leader who creates senior management commitment and implements successful organizational diversity programs for the company.
