Some of her proudest achievements include helping CityTarget successfully move into Portland, driving back-to-school traffic into Taubman Malls with YearbookYourself.com (a site that went viral, earning 30 million visitors) and her participation in events that empower women, like TEDWomen 2013. Her work has received industry recognition from the Effies, Obies, Emmys, the One Show and the Adweek
Buzz Awards, to name a few.
When she’s not overseeing and inspiring agency teams, she’s working to close the representation gap in government with Radical Equalist, the non-profit organization she founded.
