Global Integrated Consumer Marketing Lead, Google
Dhane Scotti leads Global Integrated Consumer Marketing at Google for the Pixel smartphone. Currently, based in Mountain View, California, Dhane’s primary role consists of developing strategy, positioning and marketing plans for Pixel phones alongside key marketing functions in order to drive brand love, desire and sales for Google’s emerging mobile hardware product.
Most recently, Dhane was based in Atlanta as the Executive Vice President, Global Business Lead responsible for McCann Worldgroup’s engagement with The Coca-Cola Company.
Between 2015 and 2018, while at MWG, Dhane helped to re-launch Coca-Cola’s ‘Taste the Feeling’ campaign across numerous MWG offices and worked alongside disciplines and agencies on pitching and winning several key Global and regional Coca-Cola assignments and also other Coca-Cola Co. brands. MWG’s Coca-Cola's business across McCann, Momentum, MRM//McCann, McCann Health and CRAFT growing by 13.5% during his tenure.
Before joining MWG in 2015, Dhane spent eight years within the BBDO network across several offices serving in global, regional and domestic capacities for a range of brands and categories.
Most recently he oversaw the Bud Light business at BBDO NY and was the account lead responsible for the agency’s acquisition of the world’s largest fast food restaurant, Subway. Previous to that, he spent three years at AMV BBDO in London managing responsibilities for Snickers Globally as well as 3M, Twix and Mars Bar in Continental Europe and Mercedes-Benz in the UK. During his tenure on the business, BBDO’s ‘You’re Not You When You’re Hungry’ campaign drove Snickers from the #7 to #1 chocolate brand globally.
Before moving to London, Dhane worked at BBDO NY on Snickers, Twix and M&M’s. He contributed to the consolidation of 85% of MARS’ business within one agency and the winning of a Cannes Advertiser of the Year award. Dhane also worked on Guinness, Red Stripe and The Economist.
Earlier in his career, Dhane worked at Publicis NY on Malibu Coconut Rum and creative boutique agency Anomaly on Coca-Cola’s Dasani Water and Gold Peak Tea brands.
Dhane earned his MBA with a concentration in marketing from Florida A&M University and during the course of his undergraduate and graduate studies had the pleasure of learning at notable shops such as Zimmerman, Saatchi & Saatchi and Ogilvy. In his free time, Dhane is a social science and current events junkie and enjoys random travel.
