Manager, Mosaic Center & Education Services, American Advertising Federation
Melony Hughes joined the American Advertising Federation (AAF) in May 2018 as the Program Manager for the Mosaic Center & Education Services department. Mrs. Hughes is responsible for the day-to-day managerial & administrative operations associated with the AAF College Chapter membership, National Student Advertising Competition (NSAC), AdCamps and other programs directly related to the organization’s diversity & education services.
Prior to her position at AAF, she was formerly employed at the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation (NABEF) & The United Negro College Fund (UNCF.) In her roles she worked to increase training, opportunity and diversity. She has a genuine passion for opening up the many possibilities through technology, building authentic relationships and providing resources to navigating life’s challenges; Her eyes are always on the future.
Melony is originally from Pittsburgh, PA and graduated from Point Park University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
