The Mosaic Awards recognize companies and agencies
whose commitment to diversity and inclusion is evident through their creative
work and organization-wide initiatives. Each year, we receive submissions from agencies and companies across the country for the 10 Mosaic Award Categories. A panel of industry professionals then score entries based on criteria, including an Executive Summary, Situation Analysis, Strategy & Execution and Collateral.
Past recipients have embraced advanced marketing techniques and business practices and have developed diversity programs that not only help improve the bottom line, but also secure a relevant role in a continuously evolving corporate environment. Honorees have included Allstate Insurance, Burrell Communications Group, Deutsch, General Mills, Leo Burnett, MGM Resorts International, the National Basketball Association, TBWA and many more!
The Mosaic Awards are held annually in conjunction with ADMERICA, the AAF's annual national conference.
